Accommodation Rates

Two nights, including Friday and/or Saturday, for 2 adults
$490 (Cottage) - $360 (Studio)

Extra night for 2 adults
$100 (Cottage) - $90 (Studio)

Per week, Monday to Sunday for 2 adults
$990 (Cottage) - $790 (Studio)

Two nights for 2 adults, mid-week
$330 (Cottage) - $260 (Studio)

One night for 1 or 2 adults, mid-week,  in The Retreat - $150

One night for 1 or 2 adults, Friday or Saturday,  in The Retreat - $220

For weekly bookings, we offer a complimentary mid-week room service.

Tariff includes linen, towels, fresh flowers, fresh coffee, tea and milk.

Breakfast Hamper $70
 

Our breakfast hampers includes generous portions of tasty, hand-picked produce, and can be tailored to your needs. As a general rule, you will find a large bottle of mango and apple juice, muesli, sultana flakes, basket of fresh in-season fruit, fresh milk, yoghurt, maple syrup pancake mix, crusty bread, butter, jam, bacon, free range eggs, breakfast sausages, tomatoes, mushrooms and avocado. There's also plenty of tea and fresh coffee, chocolates, cheese platter and bubbly on arrival.

Terms and Conditions

* Check-in time for The Cottage and The Studio is from 3:00pm. Check-out time is 12:00 noon, later may be possible by arrangement.

* Check-in time for The Retreat is from 12:00 noon. Check-out time is 10:00am.
* All rates are GST inclusive.
* To make a reservation, you can phone, fax or email. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due prior to your visit.
* Cancellations made prior to 14 days before your visit result in all but 25% of the tariff being refunded.
* Cancellations made within 14 days of your visit will incur a 50% cancellation fee, unless we are able to re-book the accommodation, in which case, only 25% of the tariff will be forfeited.
* Berry Orchard is non-smoking. Guests can smoke outside on one of the verandahs or the courtyard. Ashtrays are dotted around the garden for your convenience.
